WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Recurrent Technologies Standard Three-Year Overnight Replacement Warranty

Recurrent Technologies will replace all defective products overnight if the following conditions are met:

  • Every piece of networking equipment sold by Recurrent is fully-guaranteed and comes with a standard 3-year warranty.

  • Advanced overnight replacement for defective equipment for customers with approved credit.

  • Ongoing technical support from Cisco-Certified technicians is immediately available on all equipment /configurations.

  • Hardware. Hardware will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The date of shipment of a Product by Recurrent is set forth on the packaging material in which the Product is shipped. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the Product. If equipment is resold or sold to a reseller, Recurrent warranties the equipment for 90 days from the date of shipment.

  • Restrictions. This warranty does not apply if the Software, Product or any other equipment upon which the Software is authorized to be used (a) has been altered, (b) has not been installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in an OEM approved manner (c) has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident.

Customers will be issued a refund if an item cannot be replaced in a timely manner .

Product returns are subject to our approval and at our discretion, we will issue a refund  less a 15% re-stocking fee on all returns of working product. Products received after 30  calendar days of shipping will not be eligible for refund or credit. Please contact your sales representative if you have any questions.
